I received a letter dated -/-/2017 from Citi, - - -, -, OR -, that indicated I previously enrolled in Citi IdentityMonitor offered by Citibank N.A., and I was charged a monthly fee. I believe that I was enrolled without my consent or knowledge, and when I attempted to go to the link referenced in the letter ( - ) it did n't work. The letter tells me to submit a claim before -/-/2017 and enter reference number - to get started ; and the letter states that submitting a claim does n't guarantee a refund. It also states that additional information is available at -. The bottom of the letter references a Tracking Number : -.
