Incorrect information on credit report Information is not mine Mississippi

My name is -. I used to be -. This was my married name. It shows on my report that - is a name I used which is incorrect. It also shows I have worked at -. Which is incorrect. My ex husband worked there. I have never had my name or social security number or co- signed anything with him. If this is my personal credit information why does his name and where he worked appear on my - score. And also I have filed bankruptcy chapter 7 and I did not put my auto loan on it. I am paying - once a month in the amount of - and I am up to date. It shows on my report account closed. Please help me resolve these issues.
