Citibank Mortgage department,

Conventional fixed mortgage Loan modification,collection,foreclosure West Virginia

In - our mortgage became late now - and - different agencies later I 'm still making the same mortgage payment and the company I make it to is not listed on my credit report but the original company is but it shows the account as a charge off. I need help.
