Best Buy Citi Card has been charging me for debt protection for almost five years. I was not aware I was being charged for this service until I took the time to review multiple past statements. I do not recall every signing up. I called Best Buy/Citibank ( it 's never clear who is who ) and was given the run around. I was handed off from call center to call center : - to - to - to - back to -. The level of obfuscation and time wasted is breathtaking. I would like a full refund.
