1. Lender has grossly mismanaged escrow account. Home was sold in a tax sale on - occasions with most recent tax sale - -, - whereas I had to pay the attorney fee of $860.00 so that the lender could be permitted to pay the Maryland - - taxes which can not be paid until the attorney fee is paid which is why I paid the $860.00. 2. Lender since -, has failed to provide any yearly accounting for escrow account/disbursements nor has the lender provided monthly statements. 3. Lender has failed to accurately provide - statements reflecting correct interest paid during a particular year. 4. Lender has failed to reflect accurate mortgage balances because I receive no monthly statements.
