I received of Debit card from BofA and within 2 months the chip stopped working. I am very cogniscient of the need to protect a card with regard to magnitization however when I reported this to BofA the only response was that I had to pay a $5.00 fee to replace the card. I have gone several months without using the chip feature however it has gotten to be such an annoyance that I have finally given up and ordered a replacement and paid the $5.00 FINE
