Please correct not only this balance adjustment, but also adjust down the interest that has accumulated on the higher balance. They also did this to one of my mortgage accounts, causing my credit score to be lowered, and forcing me to stop payments on checks ( costs to do so ), while not posting my payments for three ( 3 ) months.
