After my discharge and having reaffirmed the debt I arranged a payment arrangement to catch up on my past due and remain current. I received a " final demand ; letter '' despite my payment arrangement and I am being threatened with repossession despite thAlly agreeing to the payment arrangement being made and the Bankrupcy and collectiions person telling me that as long as I held to the arrangement this would not happen.
