A hold was placed on my savings account so I was unable to transfer money into it. I called the customer service number and was told I have to contact a banker in Colorado to receive any kind of information regarding why I was unable to access my money. The next day I found the same hold on my checking account as well, and was told the hold on my savings account had been in place since -/-/2015. This is absolutely untrue as I 've processed transactions using this savings account frequently over the past year. I now have no access to my money. I have tried calling the number provided to me and no one answers the phone. I am attempting to open a new checking account at a new bank because of the service I 've received at my current bank. However, to verify my current account the new bank needs to submit two 'trial deposits ' into that account. The new institution is unable to process these transactions due to these holds, the nature of which no one seems to have any information on. Now this is preventing me from being able to open a new bank account. I can not access my money for reasons that have yet to be explained to me, and I can not move my money to a new institution because my current institution froze my accounts and did n't feel it necessary to inform me.
