Struggling to pay loans due to current income when I got behind I received numerous letters from Sallie Mae stating to call to find out repayment options. Well, when I called I got very rude answers and was told there were no options for me besides to pay my loan. When I mentioned, I was told there were other options they refused. Consignor even called and was given same cold shoulder.
