Helvey and assoicateds is trying to collect on a debt from - that is incorrect. I stated this from my first cal with them and requested proof of the debt. They sent me over a ledger that clearly shows the last two months of service of being estimated and not an actual meter reading. This is being reported on my credit reports and should n't be as it is not a verified amount. The agent on the phone said I need to call consumers myself to handle this. If that is the case they should n't be allowed to be reporting something that they themselves do n't know if it is correct.
