My mortgage company ( USAA ) failed to pay my insurance company out of escrow. I spend days of attempting to get them to pay and eventually had to pay the insurance company myself and get reimbursed after the fact. This was in - Florida in the days leading up to - and caused my family intense emotional distress. I was eventually reimbursed for the additional money I paid in but only after about 50 hours of attempts to resolve the problem.
