Experian Credit reporting department,

Incorrect information on credit report Personal information South Carolina

Upon trying to obtain a credit report at a car dealership, I was told I am reported as deseased through at least - credit report company. After contacting them, they stated that my former bank told them I was dead and only the bank could undo the issue. I have tried writing to my bank 's credit compliance division ( as there is no phone or email contact info ) with no response.
