I have attached a complete description of my problem with BB & T. Although this issue has finally been resolved ( after 3 months ), I am sending this to point out that we should not have been put through this strictly because of incompetence and lack of interest on the part of BB & T personnel. Why did I have to deal with the - department and - separate bank branches in order to finally find - person who cared and was willing to help? It was a very poor customer experience. I wonder how many other fraud victims at BB & T go through similar experiences? Was our experience the norm, where the bank is trying to avoid fraud costs or was this situation an anomaly? I doubt that.
