FHA mortgage Loan servicing, payments, escrow account Pennsylvania

My mortgage servicing was switched to Loan Care LLC this past summer. Since then I have missed bills, been charged fees, been denied the opportunity to pay my mortgage, been left on hold and/or disconnected multiple times, been denied the opportunity to speak with a manager, been belittled or condescended to. All the while I still have not received any bill or description of charges, penalties or fees.
