General Revenue is the company that bought my debt from Indiana - University. I 've made several attempts to simply see my balance on paper or the internet and have called to find out where I can see this information. I spoke with - - when I called they 're company and he refused to help me locate the login section of their website and would not send me a letter. He sarcastically remarked that they 've sent me numerous letters then said he would transfer me, only to mute the phone and leave me with silence. I just want to see how much I owe and set up a reasonable payment plan but I can not get anyone there to help me.
