Credit reporting company's investigation inadequate help over the phone
TransUnion Intermediate Holdings, Inc. Credit reporting department,
Credit reporting company's investigation Inadequate help over the phone South Carolina
Both - and Transunion are reporting incorrect information to financial institutions. They are reporting adverse factors adversely affected my credit scores that include serious deliquency and Transunion also includes time since delinquency is too recent or unknown. This has been reported to 3 different financial institutions this year. After each time I have tried contact both agencies, but only able to talk to Transunion. Every time I am told there are no delinquencies on my credit report. They deny supplying the adverse factors. On -/-/2016 I wrote a letter to both agency and included a copy of the adverse factors I received from the first two institutions. Nothing happened. I got no reply and it was again reported this month to the third institution. To top things off - offered free creditor monitoring which I joined. The score was based on Transunion data and the key factors provided. 1. Serious delinquency - - Scores consider the presence of serious delinquency ( very late payment ) on person 's credit report as a powerful predictor
The problem is I have never had delinquencies plus none shows up on my credit report, so even lawyers who help repair credit can not help since it does not appear on my credit report. I am at a loss at how to get these two agencies to stop from sharing false information as it is hurting my credit. We wanted to refinance our mortgage, but this 'Serious Delinquency ' has really hurt our chances. I am praying that this complaint will help to get them to correct this problem. - is the only agency who shows my correct credit record ... never late. Because of attempts to correct this issue we now have had a lot of inquiries as it is the only way to see these adverse factors. please help!!!
