I refinanced my mortgage using contour mortgage. My current mortgage company sunwest mortgage gave contour a payoff on - -. I signed the closing papers on - -, 2016. I have my monthly payments directly come out of my checking account every - of the month. I was advised by sunwest to cancel my - payment threw my bank due to the signing which I did. - also calculated per dime payments into the final payoff which would bring the payments current from the date of requested payoff until - - when the payoff check was received. I received a letter from sun West stating my loan has been paid in full dated - -. I am now receiving phone calls from sunwest stating I need to make a - payment. Both myself and contour mortgage have documents paying the loan in full and do not believe I owe a - payment because of that.
