I HOLD AN ACCOUNT AND DEBIT CARD WITH SANTANDER. ON -/-/-2016 THEY BLOCKED MY CARD WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME AND WITHOUT SPEAKING TO ME. 2 DAYS BEFORE - I GO TO THE STORE AND MY CARD IS DECLINED. I AM EMBARRASED. I CALLED THE BANK AND I WAS TOLD THAT MY CARD WAS CLOSED AND THEY ALREADY SENT ME A NEW -. HOW CAN SOMEBODY TAKE MY MONEY AND MY CARD WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. AM I LIVING IN COMUNIST COUNTRY? OR COUNTRY OF FREEDOM. I CAME HERE FROM - AND GREW UP IN - AND WE DIDNT HAVE TOO MANY RIGHTS. NOW SANTANDER CAN DECIDE WHAT IS GOOD FOR ME WITHOUT ME AGREEING. THEY VIOLATED MY RIGHT. WHAT IF I WAS OUT OF THE COUNTRY AND I HAD NO OTHER CARD???? I WANT TO USE MY MONEY WHENEVER I WANT AND I DO N'T WANT SANTANDER TO DECIDED FOR ME. I AM STUCK 2 DAYS BEFORE - WITHOUT MONEY. I DO N'T HAVE TIME TO GO TO THE BANK. I WORK AND IT 'S BUSY AT THIS TIME OF THE YEAR. I HAVE BEEN TAKEN MY RIGHT TO CHOOSE AWAY FROM ME I CA N'T DO WHAT I WANT TO DO WITH MY CARD AND MY MONEY. THEY BLOCKED AN ACCESS TO MY MONEY. I FEEL VIOLATED AND I FEEL LIKE I HAVE NO RIGHTS WHATSOEVER IN THE EYES OF SANTANDER BANK. THIS IS ALSO UNAUTHORIZED CARD USE!!!!! I DID N'T AUTHORIZE THEM TO TOUCH MY CARD
