US Bank is knowingly and intentionally, providing miss-information to run up an accumulate late fees. Every time a called in to make a payment I was being told that there was not late fee due. Now at the end of the contract, I am being billed a total sum of late charges as part of " termination charges '' along with a termination fee. I believe this to be a calculated process to increase fee income and is unfair to consumers and fraudulent. At no time was I ever billed or asked to pay a late charge during the life of the loan.
