I received a loan for the purchase of my vehicle from - - Bank. I setup an autopay account with that bank. - - sold its auto loan portfolio to BB & T. - mailed me a letter indicating that that it sold my loan to BB & T, which in turn, would be serviced by " - - - - / -. - - / -, Texas - / Phone : - '' - 's letter indicated that BB & T and/or - - would be mailing me a " Welcome Package '' indicating how I could setup autopay. I do not know my account number and can not pay the loan. - - continues to call everyday. I 've asked that they either mail or email me instructions for setting up electronic payments, as I do not feel comfortable handing over this information to someone whose identity I have not been able to verify over the phone. I have not yet received this information, yet BB & T / - - continues to call daily.
