I have this mortgage with Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing I ask them for loan modification. when I call them. they said that they will make my loan late but is will reversed once the modification was done. All was over the phone but when all was done they did not honor that. But I notice that on my credit report show - 120 days late payments but the month has only 30 days. ( see included copy of the account ) and one month they report late on - credit bureaus and - current. Once again 120 days. when is only 30 days on a month.
