I had a mortgage with - that originated in 2009. Earlier this year, -/-/-, I understand my loan was sold to LoanCare ( a - - - ). When I got notice of this change, I started paying LoanCare per their instructions. I have continued to make my monthly payments to LoanCare, but I have been receiving notice from LoanCare that they have not received my payment and that my mortgage has gone into default. This should be not the case because I have been paying my mortgage and the checks have been clearing my account. I have contacted customer services numerous times but have had no success in resolving the issue. I would like assistance in working with LoanCare to update my account to reflect the fact that I am not in default.
