I recently paid off my loan on -/-/2016 due to refinance. I have asked for corrections to be made prior to the loan being paid off which did n't happen. My -/-/2016 payment which was sent on -/-/2016 did n't get credited to the account until -/-/2016. The company provided an updated payoff after the payment posted. I have contacted the service provider several times with no resolution. -/-/2016, -/-/2016, -/-/2016, -/-/2016 ( phone finally reached an individual ) -/-/2016. They have accrued interest in the amount of $410.00 which should be due back to me, and collected PMI for - 2016 which should not be due. The loan was paid in full on -/-/2016. Please help me obtain resolution on this I 'm at a loss on how to work with this company. Sincerely, - -
