Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay California
I initiated voluntary repossession on - vehicle loans with USAA. On Friday, - - I received my first notice that the sales had been conducted. The notices included the balance of the loans not paid by the sales. The notices ( - notice for each vehicle ) told me to contact USAA by - - and - to setup payment plans. I called on - - to do this. Again on - -, -, - and -. However, USAA had already referred my account to collections! I 'm being contacted by phone and mail by their collection company, - - as of Friday, - -! I have made every effort to cooperate with USAA throughout the voluntary repossession process and just want to set up my payment plans. Thank you.
