I am tired of trying to find out the actual pay on my mortage wi -th bsi .I have been paying the escrow shortage for 1 year. however bsi has not informed me as to when I will be finished with paying the escrow shortage.what I do n't understand is why they are so lax in informing me as to when I would be done paying for the shortage. according to - it was for 1 year yet I have not received anything from bsi as to a recalculation of my mortgage payment. I would like to know why?
