I submitted a payment yesterday - -, 2016 to Loancare from my - and - online banking account ( - ) in the amount of $2200.00. My loan number is -. The confirmation number for the payment is -. I checked today both online and on the phone with Loancare and they have no record of having received this payment, and thus the money seems to have disappeared. Under normal circumstances, I would be more patient and wait, but - ) my loan is being transferred from Loancare to - effective tomorrow, - -, 2016 and - ) Loancare has failed to issue a statement reflecting my - -, 2016 payment for $2200.00 ( see co-pending case # - ). Therefore, I fear that something bad could happen and am very concerned about the whereabouts of the $2200.00 paid on yesterday - -, 2016.
