Discover Credit card department,
there were several unauthorized charges totaling over $3000.00. they were all cash advances taken from my card. i submitted a claim and filled out and sent back a form stating that i did not make these charges. 2 weeks later i get a letter stating that they found these charges to be correct and put them back on my card. I have NEVER taken a cash advance on - crdit card ( i do n't even know how to do this ) they said i would have had to use a pin number, I 've never had one! as far as i know you would have to go into a bank and show an ID to get a cash advance. Obviously It was not me. At the same time i had fraudulent charges on - of my other cards however the card companies did their investigations and removed the charges. Discover advertises how you are not responsible for fraud. Discover is making me responsible.
