I took out a mortgage loan. The monthly payment was advertised to be a low payment. However, within the first year of the loan, the monthly payments kept increasing until I was not able to afford the payment anymore. The bank has changed several times. The loan has been transferred to several entities as you can see it on the summons and complaint and bank correspondence. I tried to do a loan modification but the bank, previous bank, claimed that my application was incomplete when I sent all the documentation required under the - guidelines.
