I 'm filing this complaint in regards to The stop, cease, desist and withdraw notice sent to Discover Bank and their attorney - - -, - who are located in - Az Referencing Superior Court Case # - in and for the Country of - AZ Where-which the plaintiffs council has been notified of the fact that the defendant is in a financially Un-colletable state and no funds or assets are available to/for payment or lean. Discover Banks counsel has been notified via said letter dated -/-/2016 sent via Fax on -/-/2016 From defendant - - to ( - ) - - - to fax # -. The un-collectable status of the defendant proves that any monies or time spent attempting to collecting these funds will be wasted for both the plaintiff and defendant and yet the plaintiffs attorney continues to waste time and funding on per-suing this matter.
