I had a 60 day past due status reported to the credit agencies by Navient, but my - statement and - statement both show no amount past due. My account also has a " 3rd Delinquency Notice '' on - -, but there is no first or second notice. Additionally, since the claim is that I was 60 days past due on my - payment, the fact that it was reported in - makes no sense - it also should have showed up in my - statement which is less than 60 days. I have called and sent in a complaint via their dispute mechanism, but never received a response or resolution.
