M&T Bank Corporation Bank account or service department,

I recently opened an account with M & T Bank, and my debit card was stolen, and used to take out money. It happened at work, so any co worker could of seen my pin standing behind me at an atm any of those days. It is sad that you ca n't even trust your own coworkers!! I called M & T Bank to cancel my debit and order a new one, and I had trouble just ordering a new card, and they could n't process it, so told me to call back in a week! I have no money now and no card! How am I suppose to eat, pay bills, or anything?! The first time I called the representative was so nasty and hung up on me! I just want this bank to help me with this problem. I switched my bank to join the M & T family, and I have gotten no help! They have not given any response or resolve. Not even a provisional credit to get me by! They hit with fees from every angle, but ca n't help a customer in need. SAD!
