I recently opened an account with M & T bank, and I was excited to join their family, but I recently called to get help with fraud transactions of almost $500.00. My debit card got stolen and my cell phone at work. They must of got my pin from when I took out cash at an atm and saw what I punched in on the keypad. Its sad when you ca n't even trust your co workers, and at that your bank to help you with this and get all this money back. They treated me nasty over the phone, and gave me no help M & T bank. Horrible customer service so far! Please help.
