In - 2016, my computer crashed and deleted all my business ' financial data for the previous year. I asked my bank BBT to provide me with my banking history in electronic format for that period. However, they have stated that they can not provide me with the historical data prior to - 2016 when BBT purchased - - bank. The data *MUST* be somewhere accessible electronically, but they will not provide me with the information to access my financial history.
