My Name is - -. I am filing this compliant with the CFPB, because I have tried every other avenue available to dispute and remove a student loan that I never authorized. I have been added as a co signer for a student loan. I never agreed or authorized anyone to add me as a co signer. It is fraud. I have filed several disputes with the credit bureaus. I have received the hard copies of the loan documents from - -. The loan documents are riddled with incorrect and in accurate information. I will just list a few of the obvious errors. The loan documents state that I am a US citizen which I am not a US citizen. I am a - Citizen and Permanent Resident of the United States Of America. The addresses that are listed on the loans are not correct. I have never lived at the addresses that are presented on the application. I have filed a dispute to the credit bureau 's and they have removed those addresses from my record but they did not remove the student loans that caused those addresses to appear on my credit. The Salary that was entered was not correct along with my debt obligations. This account applications are riddled with errors. The fact that I ca n't get these falsified records removed from my credit has cause me significant damage. I have been unable to obtain new credit when I have needed it. I have been receiving hostile phone calls from credit collection agencies stating that they are going to go into my bank account and steal my hard earned money. I have exhausted all of my options except for hiring an attorney to sue these companies which I could not possible afford to due at this time. I understand this is a relatively new agency and I hope that you will be able to help me with this situation. I feel like I am fighting a giant that does n't care or want to help me with this injustice.
