My husband has - because of cost of - we were forced into chapter - Navient did not notify us that they refused the BK court ruling until -/-/2016. We contacted them they said we could pay $50.00 to defer payments for 3 months to give us an opportunity to resolve the issue. - 's credit report shows paid in -/-/- then -/-/- 60 days late??? So after a BK showing a late payment ( which I have sent them ALL supporting credit reports ) we have no chance to purchase a car, home or anything else. They refuse to correct their mistake on our credit. We were not late and the minute we were notified we contacted them and paid the fee to defer for 3 months. We would just ask that Navient removes the 60 day late off of Our credit as this is an error on their part. Obviously if we were current in -/-/- we could n't be 60 days late -/-/-. Please help us remove this from our credit! My husband has -. He has been so worried about this. We only want them to report it fairly. Thank you so much I pray you can help us.
