Shellpoint Mortgage is missing - payments from -/-/- and preventing me from refinancing from 6.25 to 3.33 percent. I have been trying to get them to look at my account since they took over the servicing in -/-/- and correct my account as they have been sending me notice of defaults since -/-/-. I have proof of when my payments were sent, cashed and applied ( or in this case not applied ) and have sent them letters asking them to correct my account. I am now getting phone calls from Shellpoint asking if I would like to make additional payments to them to get my account current. No one will return my phone calls or respond to my emails or letters asking them to correct my information. I am attaching some of the correspondence so you can see how often I have been trying to get a hold of someone at Shellpoint.
