Experian Credit reporting department,
Credit reporting company's investigation Investigation took too long New Jersey
For Experian I have several - Inquiries ( - ) that were reported and listed on my credit report - impacting my Experian credit score. All these inquires are NOT associated with any loans/credit cards/accounts that are active on my credit report and I issued a certified letter to Experian with a copy of the letters that were also sent out to the companies for verification ; the date of Experian 's signature of retrieval is -/-/2016. According to the FCRA, investigation has an allotted time of 30 days from the date of retrieval, which is -/-/2016 As of today, -/-/2016, I have received nothing from Experian stating anything about the investigation of these inquires. In my letter, I have kindly asked that Experian remove these inquires from my credit report since these inquires reflect negative information without representing any active accounts with my current credit. I would like for Experian to remove the following. ( Please see attached spreadsheet ).
