International money transfer Money was not available when promised Kansas

I have Initiated money transfer of $2900.00 from - to - through Remitly ( Transfer No : - - - - ) on - - 2016. Remitly has promised that the money should be available in - Bank account by - -, 2016 - - - ( - -, 2016 - - IST ). The said time has passed. Remitly is saying delay due to some system issue. Now Remitly is saying that the money will be available by Tuesday - - which will be too late.
