SunTrust Mortgage has foreclosed on my home. During this process they were required by law to give me an option to rescind ; - The form was never provided to the consumer of our right to rescind at the beginning or during the process. It is important for all these alleged creditors to abide by TILA to make sure our constitutional rights are protected. We still have not received this form from SunTrust Mortgage. Where is the consumer right to due process according to TILA outside of the court. Making us aware of this situation would have provided us a proper relief rather than going through the embarrassment of court.
