Days before closing, I was informed that my loan product was changed, but that the costs were the same, with no additional fees or change in interest rate, and that the original disclosure included all associated costs. During this process they were required by law to give me an option to rescind ; - The form was never provided to the consumer of our right to rescind at the beginning or during the process. It is important for all these alleged creditors to abide by TILA to make sure our constitutional rights are protected. We still have not received this form from SunTrust Mortgage.
