I 've opened an account with -. I needed to link an external account to it to transfer the money. Apparently, the external account I 've linked could be used to transfer the money. However, only - external account can be linked to the popular direct account and it can not be removed by the customer. I 've spoken with several CSR 's about this issue, the most recent one was on -/-/16. I spoke with - who told me that the supervisor will call within one hour. No one called. The next day, -/-/16 I spoke with another CSR, who told me that the supervisor, -, will call me back. No one called. I 've been trying to understand what is going on with my account, but no one returns my calls. This is a very poorly run banking institution.
