Apparently, the external account I 've linked could be used to transfer the money. However, only - external account can be linked to the popular direct account and it can not be removed by the customer. I 've spoken with several CSR 's about this issue, the most recent one was on -/-/16. I spoke with - who told me that the supervisor will call within one hour. No one called.
