due to the Bank checking on fraud ( which I understand ) they denied a transaction at a local ATM due to me being out of state. ( again which I understand ) I called the bank and although in a public place require me to give my social to access the account. I asked if there is any other way and they refused to help me. I then requested a manager and they repeatedly put me on hold and then the same person gets on the phone and even though I explained to her earlier that I am - miles from a branch she says they will not help me and I need to go to the Branch. After asking for the manager again and waiting on hold almost 20 minutes she hangs up on me. Can someone please help me. It 's my money and they are holding it hostage.
