Conventional fixed mortgage Loan servicing, payments, escrow account Massachusetts

I do not understand the payment history on my account. Repeated attempts to find out why there were repayment plan payments applied when I never agreed to a repayment plan. Local branch and mortgage loan opertations could not explain. I also do not understand why they were satisfying Late charges and expenses instead of trying to get my account current. what was going was to no avail. Credit History has been impacted.
