On -/-/2016, I received a letter from USAA requesting additional documentation that could confirm my military service to ensure access to USAA 's products. ( I did not request any services from USAA and I have not been in the service ) I called them on -/-/2016 - someone applied for and was granted a debit card ( Account # - ) using my personal information. ( Currently - my credit is frozen in all - credit monitoring services ). USAA agent said they do not do credit checks if someone opens a debit account. This illegal account is now locked. This fraudulent account was applied for and approved online.
