Experian Credit reporting department,
Incorrect information on credit report Account status South Dakota
In 2012 - - deceptively : - engaged in double cycle billing - improperly assessed my account a late fee, - in violation of the FCRA negatively reported to all - credit reporting agencies the late fee I am attempting to re-finance my home, and the negative reporting is directly affecting my ability to refinance my home on better terms including a better interest rate, lower monthly payments, restricting my ability to refinance other debt. This is costing me significant amounts of money. Due to the deceptive nature of the credit reporting need - - to clear on all - credit reports any negative history so I can proceed with getting ideal financing. This is directly affecting my reputation and harming me financially. - - was already faced with a $210.00 - dollar enforcement action due to improper marketing and billing, and I continue to be harmed by the deceptive practices - - was engaged in during that time. I need negative reporting cleared so I can proceed with a better financing of my debt.
