Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay New York

In -/-/- and again -/-/2016, I attempted to make an online payment to on my car note with Regional Acceptance Corp - RAC - ( an affiliate of BB & T Bank ). I tried a number of times. Each time I received an error message of sorts that indicated that I was unable to make a payment. On -/-/16 I called an RAC branch office in -, NY as directed by the error message. I spoke to - at - who advised me that RAC has blocked my ability to make free, convenient online payments because my payment is late. Stunned by this blatant discrimination against consumers that fall behind, I asked - if that is RAC 's policy and she assured me that it is their policy to offer the " convenience '' of free online payments to customers whose accounts are up-to-date ( not late ). I told her that I have made a number of online payments in the past despite my account being late and she basically called me a liar. I asked - how that policy makes any sense whatsoever and she very robotically repeated RAC 's policy. RAC purposely and maliciously is blocking consumers ability to make free, convenient online payments if they are behind on their car note!
