I am so discouraged. I am a licensed mortgage lender. When I tell a client that they will get their mortgage refund in 2-3 weeks, they get their escrow refund. We on the other hand paid off our mortgage - -, 2016 and still - -, 2016 are still being told the check is in the mail.
