Incorrect information on credit report Account status South Dakota

I disputed an old Child Support case that by law should have been removed 2 years ago. I called the State that established and Closed the Case in -. They said that indeed the case was closed, balance zero, and they were n't reporting it to any agency. I disputed it first with Experian in - -. They sent me a report stating that by law this case/account would be deleted 7 years after the case was closed and paid. So, by that it should be OFF my report as of -, which it is not.
